Work Experience: APA’s (Audio Production Awards) 2025

💡 What You’ll Be Doing:

We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable students aged 18+ to join the team supporting a high-profile London awards ceremony. This is a great chance to gain real events and production experience while being part of an exciting live event.

Key Details

  • Location: BFI London, Southbank

  • Date: Thursday, 27th of November

  • Arrival Time: 2 pm

  • Shifts:

    • Shift 1: Until around 9:30 pm (after the ceremony)

    • Shift 2: Until around 11 pm (after the after party) — only 2–3 people will be needed to stay late

  • Pay: London Living Wage (for hours worked)

  • Eligibility: Must be 18 or over

What You’ll Be Doing

Tasks will be split between front of house and theatre support, including:

  • Helping set up décor and signage for the reception/after party

  • Manning the registration desk

  • Supporting the stage manager with cue cards

  • Assisting producers and stage managers with award presenters

This is a hands-on opportunity to see how large-scale events are run and to build valuable experience in the creative and events industries.
